Agreement
In consideration of Hawai‘i
Craftsmen’s acceptance of this application, the undersigned applicant acknowledges that the
applicant’s participation in Raku Ho‘olaule‘a 2006 workshop and exhibition is solely at applicant’s
own risk and the applicant is solely responsible for all parties listed in this registration under
“camping at Waimanalo Bay Beach Park”. The applicant therefore agrees to release, discharge,
indemnify and hold harmless Hawai‘i Craftsmen, the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts, the
Honolulu Academy of Arts, University of Hawai‘i Manoa, East West Center, The ARTS at Marks Garage,
Ft. Shafter Arts & Crafts Center and the City and County of Honolulu from any liability that might
arise as a result of any injury to applicant’s person or property during applicant’s participation
in Raku Ho‘olaule‘a 2006 workshop and exhibition.
